5:30pm- Doors open
Silent Auction, Bourbon Tasting, Bar, and Dinner Buffet Open
6:00pm- Performance by School of Rock House Band
6:45pm- Welcome and Presentation
7:00pm- Bingo begins
7:30pm- Desserts are served
7:45pm- Break
8:00pm- Bingo continues
8:45pm- Closing remarks from Board President, Brady Brown
8:50pm- VIP round begins
9:00pm- Silent Auction closes, Event concludes

Meal, drink ticket, bourbon tasting hosted by Taters, Inc., and entry into all 10 bingo rounds is included for all guests
Silent Auction goes live for bidding at 5:30pm on September 30th
Bar accepts cash and card
50/50 raffle is CASH ONLY
